Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all services provided by Universervices to users of our website and platform. They apply to both registered users and guest users submitting service requests.

Universervices provides the following categories of professional services:

• Document translation and certified translation services
• Legal consultation and document assistance
• Visa applications and immigration support
• Corporate services including compliance and company formation
• Tax consultation and declaration assistance
• General support and advisory services

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Service requests are submitted through our online forms. After submitting a request, our team will review it and contact you with a quote or confirmation. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing (email).

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon confirmation of the service order. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Invoices are provided electronically.

For digital services that have already been commenced at your explicit request before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished. For other services, you may cancel within 14 days of confirmation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Universervices is liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Universervices platform — including texts, images, logos, and software — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants or legal entities is Germany. The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
